We've known Francisco since we purchased our first home in 2012 and refinanced in 2017. We were bummed out that we couldn't purchase our brand new home with him, and were looking forward to refinance with him in the years to come. Several weeks ago he gave us a call and let us know rates had fallen drastically and it wasn't a question we would work with him.
