What happens after your client is referred?
Step 1: Our Production Partners, Eddie or Walter will reach out immediately within 30 minutes (or time specified) to do a Discovery Call with your referred client.
Step 2: Once our communication is successful, we will immediately Set an Appointment for your client to come into our office or via Zoom for an Initial Planning Session & you will be notified via email. It is encouraged to attend the first one to experience what your client’s experience will be.
Step 3: We will provide a Pre-Approval Package within 24-48 hours after Initial Planning Session. Simultaneously, we will begin the underwritten process.
As a preferred partner, you will automatically receive email communication informing you of every time we contact your client.
